Currently being constructed adjacent to the Winter Park/ Mary Jane ski corridor, this ski-in/ski-out clubhouse serves twenty home sites. Among the many amenities provided are; a large atrium, ski locker rooms, exercise and shower rooms, and a two lane bowling alley. Built by New Frontier Development.

Rainbow Drive Residence
Along with expansive entertainment space, this 6,200 sq. ft. residence has two master suites and two studies. It’s another home with a terrific view. Built by Villanyi Construction.
Rendezvous Residence II
In the final stages of design, this home overlooks many peaks and the Winter Park Ski Area. At 5,600 sq. ft., it’s designed for its owner’s hobbies. Vaulted ceilings through out the main level and 10’ ceilings in the walk-out level give every room dramatic volume.
